Mr. Les Pederson
Chief Operating Officer
Les Pederson is the COO and founder of Eagle International, LLC. Les started Eagle19 years ago with an idea: the Eagle Tuf-Cut tire cutter, which was created to meet the market's needs for recycling tires. With patented technology, the Tuf-Cut was a resounding success spurring the growth of Eagle International and its broad line of tire processing equipment.
Les lives by and has infused Eagle with the principle that "our customers are first and unequivocally treated by all Eagle employees with utmost respect. When quality comes to mind, we will only supply the highest quality equipment because if our customers are successful, we will be too."
As a testament to the quality of Eagle's build, the original Tuf-Cut is still in use today.
Julie is the President of Eagle International LLC and has been with the company since 1994. She learned the business from the ground-up and followed in the footsteps of her father, Les Pederson.
After completing a Marketing and Management degree in 1998, Julie took on many of the responsibilities of running Eagle, cumulating in her elevation to President in 2011. Julie focuses on developing corporate relationships and overseeing the strategic development of the company. Recently, she led the creation of a strategic partnership with Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and expanded Eagle's product line.
Julie believes that customers must come first if Eagle is to defend and grow the reputation earned over the last 19 years. "Eagle has truly become a leader within the Tire Recycling Industry and we will continue to maintain that position." This will be achieved by our sincere drive for our customer's success and continued customer Support. "We are building relationships, one piece of Eagle Equipment at a time."
Equipment Sales Manager
Wally has been with Eagle International since 1995 and has been a great asset to our company. The knowledge of the Scrap Tire industry throughout the USA and internationally is unmatched. Wally’s philosophy has continually been, to provide the highest quality equipment and service with a smile. We understand our customer’s needs and continue to help them with added benefits like promoting their businesses and services within their areas, and doing multiple follow up calls to make sure they are satisfied with our products. If our customers are successful, we are successful. Additionally, Wally’s goal has been to direct and offer ideas that are environmentally sound with regards to recycling waste tires.
Onsite Training Manager
David has been with Eagle International since 2005 and enjoys meeting with our customers upon delivery for onsite training. He is sincerely a people person and has had the pleasure of interacting with people from all around the world, he is truly culturally diverse. David is very technically advanced in his field, and is very though when explaining all aspects of the Eagle equipment to our customers. David’s ultimate goal is to assist and direct the operation of the equipment, to explain why it works and how to maintain the equipment enabling customers to profit from the use of Eagle equipment. David also plays a big part in the Eagle research and development department for new and existing Eagle Equipment which makes him a perfect fit for our tire recycling equipment. Eagle International and our customers both benefit from David’s hands on approach.
Barb Peterson is the newest member of the Eagle team and brings her wealth of experience in managing all aspects of finance, accounting and cost-analysis to Eagle International.
Prior to coming to Eagle, Barb worked at Gateway Computers for 21 years. In her last position as the Senior Manager of Finance she was responsible for Cash Receipts and Forecasting, Accounts Receivable and Collections, Credit Card Processing and Chargebacks, and managing and directing the Finance Call Centers for the Direct, Retail, and Business accounts. In her role as Senior Manager of Finance, Barb managed as many as 120 employees.
Active in the community, Barb has served as the Treasurer for Westside Little League, Dakota Valley Baseball Association, and the NSC-DV Recreational Complex.
Joe has been the operator of his manufacturing business for 35 years working with side by side with Les Pederson to build Eagle equipment for 19 years. Joe has many qualities, he is responsible for production, scheduling, staffing, overseeing quality and inventory control, and coordinating production activities among departments. Beliefs are with continued education and technology, Eagle can always build and continue to make only the best equipment available. Joe is of great benefit because he works closely with Eagle customers after the sale to provide technical knowledge about the Eagle line of equipment.
Parts Coordinator / Sales
Skip has worked within the manufacturing and equipment parts industry for 17 years. Skip is an asset to our team and responsibilities are of wide range, he has a great knowledge of the principles and processes of the Eagle equipment, providing excellent customer service when needed along with giving full attention to what our customer’s needs are and fulfilling their requests. Skip is also involved in the Quality assurance and production of Eagle equipment giving him the technical knowledge needed to assist our customers in the best manner possible.
